/ DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY /
The winery is located next to the highest of the vineyards, at an altitude of 1,318m. Some of the winery’s facilities are excavated into the natural stone. The ageing room is in one of the caves, with natural and stable temperature and humidity conditions. The wine is left here to age in new barrels less than 5 years old, made from American, Hungarian, and French oak from the Allier forest. The type of barrel used is chosen according to the type of grape and is carefully decided by our winemaker. The winery currently has a 55,000-litre production capacity. We control our production with the help of our small laboratory. The wine is bottled on-site.
We have chosen to produce high-altitude wines: they are the fruit of our land, and the fruit of our well-done work. As a result of this, our wines are truly distinctive (AGALA). They are unique due to the varieties of grapes we choose, the land, and the micro-climate of where they are cultivated, as well as our care and nurturing production.
